Freecharge.in Is A Scam For Me What About You

There are lots of sites on internet that claim to give you free recharge on referring your friends and other people on reaching a minimum referral number all are scams never try them.There are other sites using which you can recharge your mobile I never tried them as I used to do it through the service providers site only like http://airtel.in/ & vodafone.in.
Few months back I saw this site somewhere and tried it got a successful recharge with the coupons at my residential address as they said and charge extra Rs. 10 for this.I used their service few times untill one day I did a recharge and got payment on my card but never got my number recharged and since then keep tracking them but they rarely reply.
I also got an email from ccavenue which is the payment gateway for freecharge.in that they have initiated the refund that I never got still thinking how reliable is ccavenue payment gateway
After few more mails I got this email see the image below but still no refund
When I write more emails like this
I only get reply like the image below now
So overall for me freecharge.in is a scam for me and now I understand how they earn money and cover the charges for their coupon codes that they send via post by gulping their customers money.I shared this scam so that you dont loose your money like this and recover it then which is a hectic process,its been 3 months with no refund only game of email is in the scene now moving forward I will take action in consumer court as when dialing the numbers provided on the site I get no response

Update :
Finally today ( 4-5-2011 ) I got a call from one of the Managers of freecharge customer care team that a technical glitch was there because of which the amount couldnt get refunded in my account and she said that the amount would be refunded back tomarrow morning or if I wish my number would get a recharge of the total amount I owe them.
I will let you guys know what will happen next I am already getting so many mails from different people with their issues to be published here but I need all the proofs like I posted above so that we can publish your story that needs to be resolved asap….
Today ( 5-5-2011 ) I got the recharge done on my number of the total amount I owe them.I have been a regular customer of freecharge till this technical glitch happened that my credit card got charged and I dint get the recharge amount that can happen with any company it happens sometime not a big deal and if someone would have replied to my mails with proper action may be still I love to use the site and I know they lost many customers like this and other sites are coming up with this freerecharge scheme you never know who will be the next big hit.Even I was about to write on my other sites where I have thousands of daily readers so that they can use their service but suddenly all this happened.
I remember the stories when IBM people used to laugh when Michael & Bill was working on Dell and Microsoft and now both these companies completely replaced IBM ( who laid the foundation of computers in the market ) because of their great customer support & service.IBM would be a part of this battle if they would have provided a better support but its gone now.
So best of luck to freecharge team from my side.
